I also had to unlock my rewards through the Uplay website and ask support (again) to give me my "Completionist" and "Show me the money" badge because it also didn't activate for ACB. Haven't had it fixed ever since nor have I heard from them. I even contacted support and they even had to log into my account to confirm it. It's the only game that started having this problem on Uplay. Holy crap, I had the same exact problem happening to me few weeks ago for the first time! With the never ending circle and inability to access my Rewards or Actions or pretty much anything.
